What the app does

Quick SOP helps you create clear, step-by-step SOPs and work instructions with photos, templates and translate them into other languages if required.

Use it for:

  • SOPs
  • Work Instructions for the workplace
  • Workplace safety procedures
  • Maintenance and inspections
  • Training, onboarding and checklists

Common support topics

1. Creating and editing SOPs

  • How do I create a new document?
  • How do I add or reorder steps?
  • How do I add photos to a step?

In the app, tap â€śNew Document”, choose a template, then add steps and photos one by one. You can tap a step to edit its text or image.

2. Translations

  • How do I translate a document into another language?
  • Why am I being asked to purchase a translation?

Use the Translate option inside a document to choose your target language. Translations into other languages require a one-time in-app purchase.

3. PDF export and sharing

  • How do I export my SOP as a PDF?
  • Can I share documents with my team?

Use the Export / Share options in the document menu to generate a PDF and share via email, messaging or your file system.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and restore

If you have issues with in-app purchases:

  • Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy the app or purchase.
  • Check you have a stable internet connection.
  • In the app, use the “Restore Purchases” button on the paywall or settings screen.

If it still doesn’t work, contact support with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • Approximate date and time of purchase

Reporting bugs or crashes

If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, please include:

  • What you were doing right before the issue
  • Screenshots if possible
  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad Pro)
  • iOS version
  • App version (found in the app’s settings or About screen)

This helps us diagnose and fix issues faster.
